Sophia B. Liu is a doctoral student in the Technology, Media and Society interdisciplinary program in the Alliance for Technology, Learning and Society (ATLAS) Institute at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is also a research assistant in Palen’s ConnectivIT lab and has published papers in the emerging area of crisis informatics. Her research focuses on designing social media technologies to support crisis-related heritage production.
