Citizen Journalism: Global Perspectives

Joyce Y.M. Nip is Assistant Professor at the Department of Journalism, School of Communication, Hong Kong Baptist University. In 2004–2005, she was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar affiliated with the University of Maryland, College Park. Before joining academia, she was a journalist, and has worked in television, newspapers, and magazines in both English and Chinese. Her research interest is the civic use of the media and journalism issues.
